The college offers courses in Bachelor of Arts, Commerce and Science. Spacious labs for Science, Defence Studies, Home Science, Music (Instrumental and Vocal), Commercial Arts and Functional English are well equipped. The college also has a well-furnished Computer lab and runs short-term courses for the students.
Subjects taught in B.A. (Arts) are English, Hindi, Sanskrit, Punjabi, Mathematics, History, Economics, Political Science, Philosophy, Music (Instrumental and Vocal), Home Science (Cooking, Stitching, Home Management), Commercial Arts (Poster, Designing, Photography), Defence Studies (Military Science and Shooting) and Functional English.
COMMERCIAL ARTS
Commercial Arts is a restructured course/ job oriented course. It covers fields like Poster making, Layout, Designing, Logo monogram; Silk-Screen printing, Batik, Tie & dye, Photography, Block printing etc. Its main aim is to groom the students in the field of advertising and publicity in such a way that they become self-reliant. Students of Commercial Arts after completion the three years degree course can start their career with any ad agency or start freelancing. This job-oriented course is a need of the modern time.

The laboratory is well equipped for the practical to cover the syllabus to the satisfaction of the students. It has a Dark room, Camera and all the other material to perform the practical of Batik, Tie & dye, block printing etc.

The Laboratory is fully equipped with Liquid Service Prismatic Compass Mark III A, Charts, Globes and different models of Tanks, Ships Aircrafts etc required for the students.

FUNCTIONAL ENGLISH
Functional English as an elective subject was introduced from the session 1998-99. 30 students are admitted to the course on merit basis in B.A. I.

The college has set up a well-equipped laboratory for the purpose. The laboratory has 17 consoles fitted with two way sophisticated sound systems. The library has sufficient cassettes and books available for the students.
HOME SCIENCE
Three laboratories are well equipped with all modern gadgets to generate and sustain interest in Home- management, Foods – nutrition and Clothing textiles.
